“For those of you out there who enjoy the dark side of music, here’s my “Hexes” track for the new “Resident Evil: Retribution” movie, made with one of my favorite singers alive, Chino Moreno [big ups Chino]!!
I was thrilled to be a part of scoring this, and wanted to make a beat that dropped like a wall of bricks to knock people back in their seats at the movie’s sudden and dramatic end. Chino put together the lyrics in a poem that felt like a slow motion dream, and somehow the two sensations works in tandem: falling backwards in a dream while getting blown back by a wobbling wall of sound.”
It’s finally released! DJ Carnage is BACK with a creepy masterpiece. The STM team saw him on Sunday and he didn’t even play this bad boy. Whenever DJ Carnage throws the ‘festival remix’ in with it you know its going to get you dropping super low and itching for more. Get ready for a ride through a scary ass carnival ride.
Do you like Trap?
So do we…. HERE IT IS!
If you’re a frequent ‘snapper’ you may notice that the category of ‘Electro-House Bangers’ is a minority on our blog. When perusing through the massive amounts of filth and trap, you’ll find a an electro house gem. This is one of them… The Producer/DJ Duo, Vicetone, hails from the Netherlands. Keep in mind weed and prostitution is legal in their realm of the world, so essentially they get to kick it aaaaallll day. Their remix to ‘Sparks’ clearly shows they have an impressive amount of talent. If you haven’t checked them out, they recently hit 10,000 fans on Facebook… – thats what WE’RE tryin’ to do!! So help us out.

The Liquid Stranger and Bare have joined forces to bring us a track that will simply “PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE!!!!” That being said, Bare created the first version of the song before sending it off to Liquid Stranger to add his own touches and finish it up. Let me be the first to say that I believe that Bare was thrilled to hear what Liquid had produced; a filthier and more exciting track full of that Liquid Stranger grime we all love. So without further adieu here is ‘Rage’ by The Liquid Stranger and Bare. Enjoy!
Honestly, don’t even know where to start this one off…. We arrived at Club X in Orange County, and as we are waiting for our tickets DJ Carnage walks right by us, at the time we had no idea who he was. But after he threw down an hour of straight trap music, I will never forget him. Then, right after that (still in line), Borgore and his fat ass crew of people mob right by the SnapTheMole team. He is a little shorter than I though he would be… But it just felt like an honor to be in his presence. As soon as we stepped foot inside: straight trap. Carnage was on, and he was fucking killing it. Here at STM, we scroll through hundreds to trap songs every day looking for that banger. Carnage was coming up with crazy, unreleased trap musik like we had never heard before. 1 hour of absolute awesomeness. We at SnapTheMole CANNOT WAIT for more ‘Carnage Festival Trap Remix’s’
On to Borgore, wow…. I know you have all head of the EP ‘Borgore Ruined Dubstep’, essentially on Sunday in Orange County, he ruined every popular edm song- AND IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. Who would of though that some of the most popular edm songs today could be transformed into some of the filthiest dubstep known to mankind. Along with all the dank music, Borgore’s stage presence was unbelievable. He really gives you the feeling that you went to see him, and aren’t just listening to his songs. It also helped that we saw about 4 pairs of tits, since he refuses to play without random bitches dancing on the speakers next to him. His fluid DJ skills are so easily visible, he absolutely murdered his set. Right before the heaviest drops, he would cut the music and yell ‘WHY THE FUCK ISN’T ANYONE MOSHING,’ meanwhile the tribe of bouncers gets ready to injure their clients girls and guys included. I personally saw bouncers (300+ pounds) knock people to the floor and against the wall, males and females a like, with no respect for anyone.
Thank you INTOTHEAM and INSOMNIAC for putting on this event, but now that Volume Sunday’s is done – I hope to never to return to Club X.
BTW, Borgore ended his set with ‘Guided Relaxtion’….. Yeah, I couldn’t believe it either.

Canadians from Canadia! Yes, this is a bit housey…a bit laid back…a bit of a reminder of what Dallas, Texas was in my hayday in the early 2000s, a highway of cocaine blazing down the I-35 on their way where? Canadia helped us out with that one, we grabbed bags off trucks on the way up, guess a bit of it still made it there. This mix is epic, toss it on, grab some champagne, bang a few girls and forget where you left your house keys, this mix will rock a party and keep it hyped even if Dallas takes more than their fair share. Party all night, cheers.

ETC!, Brillz and Diplo – talk about a Trap-Trifecta. Diplo, 1/2 the “Orignial Don” is after this trap movement and never stops letting us down. It’s going to be tough to be the trap anthems like ‘Spaceman’ and ‘Original Don,’ but this song is sure to hit you with some bass heavy sounds. For more Trap, be sure to check out DJ Carnage, as well. The SnapTheMole Team saw him last night alongside Borgore, he absolutely killed it.
For those of you that don’t know, trap is back and better than ever, and you don’t have to be rollin’ on 24s through the hood anymo’
When you have the capability to shift some letters in your last name to represent quite possibly the filthiest producer around, you know you’re destined for glory. Asaf Borger, aka BORGORE, originated and shift-shaped from the drummer in an Israeli heavy metal band to a sex-hungry disk jockey blessing the world with eargasms. “Self-described as “Gorestep”, his music incorporates triplet drum patterns with heavy metal influences. Some songs have been compared to horror movies, farm animals, and sex.” I mean come on, horror films AND farm animals is the best sounding duo since peanut butter and jelly. Not only is his music exceptional but his way of performing is phenomenal, from strippers to hawaiian tees to handles of alcohol, I promise you will not forget his show, each and every time you witness it. As a huge fan, I personally have only seen him once ,which was at the unforgettable Coachella 2012. However tonight, on this grimy Sunday at Ten Nightclub in Newport Beach, I will sacrifice my ear drums and sense of reality to the melodic sounds of Asaf. Be sure to check back here for a recap of the show and his new ep which is about to drop!! In the mean time, check out two of my favorite, classic Borgore bangers.
Santa Cruz native, Tal Richards, otherwise known as ‘Clark Kent’, has been killing it with dubstep remixes these days. Only 20 years old, this Dubstep and Electro-House producer throws down heavy dub with catchy beats, that’ll make sure all of his songs repeat in you’re head over and over again. He uses 5 words to describe himself “I like bass and stuff,” all SnapTheMole can reply to that is “So do we…”
