Underworld – Rez (Bassnectar Remix)

So it turns out Bassnectar has yet to fail at dropping a jam anything short of epic.  This bass heavy sound could quite possibly blow out your speakers or completely short your headphones!  Bassnectar has a way with beats and bass that can only be described as out of this world, and he continues to prove himself on a regular basis.  It is best I dont get started on how EPIC his live shows are because I could rant on and on for hours. So since I will graciously spare you the time, be sure to give this banger a listen and go pre-order it to support the artist!! Like his Facebook and follow his SoundCloud for constant updates!!

The Partysquad – Go Down Low (Luminox Remix)

ATTENTION: Calling all trap fiends, head bangers, and fist pumpers, the BANGER of the week has just arrived.  We here at SnaptheMole have been on a constant refresh button pushing binge, awaiting the arrival of the new bang put on by Luminox.  This young stunna has been exploding the trap scene! I have seen him back to back with the trap king DJ Carnage, and after having the chance to meet with him and snap a picture, you can tell this kid is all about the music and the response WE the audience get from it.  Of course he snatched up a fresh jam from The Partysquad, but who else gets the crowd dancing like them?! All I have left to say is HUGE HUGE shout out to Luminox for this absolute trapstyle masterpiece.  Be sure to like his Facebook and follow his SoundCloud and grab that FREE DOWNLOAD!!

Alex Clare: Diplo’s Achievement remixed by Clark Kent and Kid Ranger

AlexClare

Yeah, I know this is a couple months old, but dammit I can’t get it out of my head.  Diplo and Switch helped Alex Clare boost his way to Microsoft commercial stardom earlier this year ( I can still say that, we have a few days) and caused the little known British song writer, heralded by the likes of Major Lazer who produced his first album The Lateness of the Hour with Mike Spencer, to become a top forty kiddie pop dubstep artist.  One for the transitional crew, the forty year old, “I still like young music,” crowd.  Either way, Clark Kent (bastard is twenty years old) and Kid Ranger remix this bad boy and make it work well, they put the acid back into Disneyland.  Cheers, enjoy this one.

Celldweller – Tough Guy (Tim Ismag Remix)

celldweller-chap04-detail

Glitch-hop? What the fuck is glitch-hop? Glitch Hop is the type of music that incorporates glitchy effects like beat repeaters and sweeps.  It is the kind of music that makes your head start banging and ears start ringing come time for the drop.  Celldweller, is a Detroit-based musical project consisting of hybrid fusion of electronic rock combined with orchestral elements, created by multi-instrumentalist, producer, remixer, DJ and performer, Klayton.  This remix by Tim Ismag brings the core of what glitch hop sounds like to the surface and takes over this banger!  When you throw this one on, be sure to pump the volume on those speakers, and keep your head away from sharp objects as this song WILL cause some head banging.  If you didn’t know what glitch-hop was, now you know! Be sure to follow up on both of these DJ’s facebooks and soundclouds for any updates you didn’t already hear at SnaptheMole first!

I Spend It – Mayhem x Antiserum

Damn, Mayhem and Antiserum are bringing the HEAVY trap today! This Trap Remix of none other than the homie 2 Chainz’ ‘Spend It’ has more of Trapstep sound to it but is nonetheless a straight banger that needs to be heard on dope speakers with the volume turned up, way up. You may recognize Anitserum from the bass heavy track ‘BASS SALT’, a collaboration with 12th Planet, released about a month ago that redefined what Trap/Trapstep is. Now hitting it off with Mayhem, the Trap duo have produced a mad remix that is sure to please all trap lovers with their phat snares, Pink Floyd’s “Money”-esk cash register and dollar bill ripping sounds, and vocals from the Atlanta native 2 Chainz. Get ready for it because here it comes; this is “I Spend It” remixed by Mayhem and Antiserum! Be sure to grab up the FREE DOWNLOAD and enjoy my friends!!!

What Happened – Thugli

I know it’s not throwback Thursday or anything but I have been getting down to this dope ass Trap Remix that came out a few months ago, compliments of Thugli, for a while and I thought I would hook you guys up if you haven’t heard it yet. Thugli, consisting of Tom Wrecks and Drastik, is a brand new duo that joined forces only a short time ago but it seems like they have been together for years based on the sick tracks they have released. “What Happened” is a revamped Trap remix of Birdman’s OG track “What Happened To That Boy” that is full of on point percussion percussion surrounding a hood ass bassline. Recently mixed in R.L. Grimes Halloween Mix, “What Happened” is only an introduction of what Thugli can and will produce so be sure to check back for more remixes by the duo. Enjoy this FREE DOWNLOAD and have a Happy Traps-Giving!!!

Trap Reflections – TrapZillas

Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona this trap-heavy duo has just released  a track today called Trap Reflections. The song has a sick bassline that I was not expecting and the glitches to the vocals before the transition and the drop are a nice touch. I have played this song at least ten times already because I cannot get enough of it. Make sure to check out TrapZillas’ Facebook and SoundCloud for tour updates and new tracks dropping!! Be sure to downliad Trap Reflections FOR FREE and enjoy this dope track on your Traps-giving break!!!
